And Just Like That, He's One

In honor of Zac's birthday, here are some random facts about our littlest LaPoint:

  
  - We didn't settle on a name until right before he was born… I was in labor and we were still deciding.

  - He started rolling over at three months.

  - He's already spent more time in a hospital than the rest of us combined.

  - He laughs at everything his brother does.

  - He cries at everything his brother does to him.

  - He's an American citizen, but has never been there.

  - Zachary LOVES music.  I once compared his dance skills to Elaine's on Seinfeld but Scott thinks it's more like a Muppet dance.  He dances to… finger tapping, the dishwasher, Max singing, whistling, and a variety of music genres (from German children's music, to the Beatles, to Lamb of God).  I guess I need to post a video of it at some point so others can witness the awesomeness.

  - He eats more then his three year old brother.  He loves food so much that he hops up and down at the sight of it and cries hysterically if you try to take it away (particularly bread).

and...

  - He took his first steps four days shy of his birthday.

We love your sense of humor, your crazy growling, your infectious laugh and the fact that you have started to only wake up once or twice a night.  Happy birthday, Zachary Fisher!  This day is for you!
